Natalia is a Scientific Guest at Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance and a Frederic Bastiat Fellow at Mercatus Centre of George Mason University. She received her first degree in Law from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2011, after which she completed MSc in Law and Finance program at University of Oxford being supported by Hill Foundation Scholarship. Previously Natalia spent four years as a Researcher at Tax System Development Laboratory of Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy and was selected as a Policy Leaders Fellow at EUI School of Transnational Governance in 2018-2019.
