Scott Wilkie is a Distinguished Professor of Practice on the faculty of Osgoode Hall Law School at York University, Canada, and a Senior Counsel to Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP of which he is a retired partner. Scott is the immediate past Vice Chair of the Permanent Scientific Committee of the International Fiscal Association, a former Chair of the Canadian Tax Foundation, and a frequent commentator on many tax and tax policy subjects particularly in the international tax conversation through his writing, speaking, teaching and consulting.
