Maarten de Wilde is Professor of International and European Tax Law at the Erasmus School of Law of the Erasmus University Rotterdam. In addition, Prof. de Wilde is affiliated with PwC and the Africa-Europe Partnership Institute for Capacity Building and Human Resource Development. In 2019 and 2020, he was part of the Taxation and Multinationals Committee (Ter Haar Committee) that advised the State Secretary of Finance on a fairer profit tax system for international businesses.
