Frederik Heitmüller is a PhD candidate in the GLOBTAXGOV project at Leiden University, where he researches the implementation process of the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) in the Global South, using legal and social science methods. He was educated through an interdisciplinary and intercultural political science curriculum at the University of Stuttgart, Sciences Po Bordeaux and Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
